Stroll Moab’s galleries, shops, and cafés and view fine locally created, Moab art. The Moab Art Walk includes featured artists and receptions. Most exhibits run for a month or more so feel free to stop in anytime at participating locations!

Moonflower Market

The students of The Moab Charter School grades 3 through 6 will be displaying ceramic bowls that are inspired by Navajo designs. They will also be showcasing paintings that abstract Navajo rug patterns.

Moab Arts and Recreation Center

Bud Turner will display some of the spectacular images from his recently completed Multi-Spectral Imaging project in Arches and Canyonlands. This project was highlighted in a National Geographic TV special, "Wild Spaces Canyonlands," which is now available on DVD. The MSI project took over 4 years to complete and documented all the painted rock art (pictographs) panels in both national parks in both visible light as well as infrared. Photographing the rock art in infrared brings out hidden details that cannot be seen by the human eye, and Bud will be showing those images to the public for the first time anywhere. Along with Bud Turner's exquisite local landscape photography, locals Robin Straub and Phil Wagner will show their newest oil paintings consisting of plein air landscape, palette knife still life and spring florals.
