Museum of Moab
The Museum of Moab presents Bedtime Stories an exhibit featuring the quilting talents of the Delicate Stitchers Quilt of Moab. Bedtime Stories is an exhibit about the legends, stories and tales that are passed from parent to child. Whether fairy tale, family history, cultural legend, or fable these stories shape who we are as both children and adults.
The quilts displayed are part of the Museums Annual Themed Quilt Challenge and were made by members of the Delicate Stitchers Quilt Guild. This year’s theme, “Story Quilts Inspired by Spoken and Written Words”, asked quilters to depict their favorite myth, story or legend.
Bedtime Stories will be on display at the Museum of Moab May-June.
