Stroll Moab’s galleries, shops, and cafés and view fine locally created, Moab art. The Moab Art Walk holds artist receptions the second Saturday of March, May, July, September, and November. But most exhibits run for a month or more so feel free to stop in anytime at participating locations!
Back of Beyond Books features the photography of Chris Noble in celebration of the publication of "Escalante: The Best Kind of Nothing" published by University of Arizona Press. Noble's work has appeared in Outside, National Geographic, and Life Magazine. His black and white format explores the spiritual dimensions of landscape and culture.
Overlook Gallery In keeping with time-honored traditions, The Overlook Gallery will spotlight small works for the holiday season. We will feature some of our favorite artists' miniature paintings, sculptures, and pottery.
Moonflower Market Galactic ramblings and art doodles abound at Moonflower Market. Visionary artist Pete shares paintings, cartoons, sketches, schematics, and plain chicken scratch in an eclectic gallery show.
Tom Till Gallery features fine art photographic prints, books, posters, and other products by internationally known nature photographer, Tom Till. Till's images depict the amazing light and stunning beauty of the Moab area, the Colorado Plateau, and the World. Many people consider a visit to the gallery a highlight of their visit to Moab.
Mondo Café Joel Jackel is an inner-city high school teacher who first began using photography as a teaching tool. His passion for bringing exotic landscapes from his travels into the classroom not only brings the scientific principles of geology to life, but also expresses his love for nature. Joel lives just outside New York City with his girlfriend, an award-winning photojournalist, along with their sweet dog and eccentric cat.
Museum of Moab Features unique, historic and oh so precious holiday ornaments will be on display all over the museum. These have been loaned by the community of Moab to celebrate continuity and creativity. Come see.
The MARC will feature what has become an annual fall event, “Small Wonders,” a miniature show. This was one of the MARC’s most popular community shows last year and is once again expected to be a big show full of little art.

Soul Food Tracy Sternburg, is a watercolor artist from Moab. Tracy began painting four years ago after a long hiatus from the arts. “I believe my paintings have evolved after a long stretch of study in meditation, contemplation and energy work. As such, my work has become much looser and creative. I resonate greatly with nature and love to paint faces and women. I enjoy working with colors and pouring paint.”
Western Image Randall May, an internationally collected artist, was born in Fruita, Colorado and grew up on a ranch at Glade Ranch. He specializes in: Western, wildlife, religious sculpture, oil painting, and sketches.
Earth Spirit New La Sal resident, ViviAnn Rose-Velazquez is exhibiting her newest work of unique mixed media images displayed in antique and dated frames. She is also introducing her wildflower laminated bookmarks, and objects she and her husband Robert, have crafted using Millcreek Canyon beaver poles and twigs.
Framed Image presents "Figurative Landscapes" soft pastel explorations of form and color by Eric Trenbeath.
